— My name is Billy Tapley. I celebrated my 2nd birthday on March 27th. My daddy and mommy are Jerry and Jennifer Tapley. My grandparents are Quentin and Connie Tapley of Revelo, and Billy and Susie King of Strunk. A special hello to my Great Granny Irene Jones of Jones Hollow and Great Papaw and Mamaw, Bill and Ruby King of Strunk.
