— Dorothy Mae Gibson, age 81 years, of Marshes Siding, Kentucky formerly of Lebanon, Ohio died Sunday April 20, 2008 in Oneida, Tennessee at Saint Mary’s of Scott County. Funeral services were held Thursday April 24, 2008 at 1:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home in Lebanon, Ohio with Bro. Dean Spradlin officiating. Burial was in the Deerfield Cemetery in South Lebanon. Ohio.
She was born July 7, 1926 at Whitley County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Ed and Jimmy Florence Inman Brooks. She loved spending time with her family, flower gardening, and reading her Bible.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Obie Gibson, and two sons Eddie Gibson and Donnie Gibson.
Survivors include her sons Charles Gibson of Blue Ash, Obie Gibson, Jr. of Lebanon, Ohio, and David Gibson of Tennessee eight daughters Bonnie Green, Patty Davis, Connie Spradlin, and Brenda Grider all of Somerset, Kentucky, Betty Crane of Russell Springs, Kentucky, Kathy O’Hara of Mason, Ohio, Wanda Davis of Marshes Siding, Kentucky, and Sherry Walters of Tennessee. 24 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and a host of other family members and dear friends also survive.
