Ralph Edward Ross

Ralph Edward Ross, age 70, of Melbourne, Florida, passed away Friday, July 18, 2008 in Florida.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, July 27, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.

He was born on March 12, 1938 in Pine Knot, Kentucky to Arlis Ross and Verna Hamblin. Before his retirement he taught school in Dade City, Florida for 5 years and at Central Jr. High School in Melbourne, Florida for 25 years. He enjoyed traveling, reading, crossword puzzles, and spending time with his family and friends.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Lenora Ross, of Melbourne, Florida, his children, Angela (Angie) Rogers, of Georgetown, Kentucky, Ralph Edward Ross, Jr., of Cumming, Georgia, and David Ross, of Versailles, Kentucky, Lenora’s children, Connie, of Athens, Tennessee, Sherry, of Floresville, Texas, and Lavonne, of Karnes City, Texas, five grandchildren, and Lenora’s twelve grandchildren.
